Amendment of deadlines for publication of periodic reports

In reference to the current report No 1/2022 of 28 January 2022 and the current report No 4/2022 of 18 March 2022, Getin Noble Bank S.A. informs about the change in the deadline for publication of the annual report and the consolidated annual report for 2021 and the quarterly report for Q1 2022.

Both periodic reports will be published on 29 April 2022. The publication dates of the reports in question have been previously indicated as: 22 April 2022 and 13 May 2022

Legal basis: § 80 paragraph 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions under which Information Required by the Law of a Non-Member State may be Recognised as Equivalent.
