Information about the application of the Corporate governance principles for institutions supervised issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority
Getin Noble Bank (“Bank”) inform, that:
The Management Board of the Bank adopted Corporate governance principles for institutions supervised issued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority („Principles”), which are annexed to Resolution No. 218/2014 of 22 July 2014 in the scope concerning competence and duties of the Management Board i.e. conducting the Bank’s affairs and its representation, according to the generally applicable regulations and the Bank’s articles of association.
The Supervisory Board of the Bank adopted the Principles in the scope concerning its competence and duties, according to the generally applicable regulations and the Bank’s articles of association.
In terms of Principles, which refer to the General Meeting, authority shall take decision at the nearest meeting , in accordance with resolutions proposed by the Management Board.
The rules described in chapter 9 of the Principles, concerning the asset management service at the sole risk of the client won’t be applied because the Bank does not conduct the activity in this field.
