Resignation of a Member of the Bank’s Management Board

Getin Noble Bank S.A. ("Bank”) announces that today, i.e. on 25 February 2021, it was informed about resignation by Mr Jerzy Pruski from his function as a Vice-president of the Bank’s Management Board and from participation in the Bank's Management Board with effect from 3 September 2020.
