Obtaining an exemption regarding partial compliance with reserve requirements

Getin Noble Bank S.A. (the “Bank”) informs that on this date, it became aware that on 26 September 2019, the Management Board of the National Bank of Poland adopted a resolution on releasing the Bank from the obligation to maintain 55% of the reserve requirement.

The above exemption will apply from 1 January 2020 until 31 December 2020.

The legal basis for this decision is Article 39 paragraph 3 of the Act on the National Bank of Poland.

The previous exemption for the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019 was announced by Bank in the current report No 88/2018 of 4 October 2018.
