Change of publication date of periodic report

In connection with Current report 11/2019 dated 25 January 2019, Getin Noble Bank S.A. announces on the change of the date of publishing of its consolidated periodic report for the first six months of 2019.

The date of publishing of the periodic report was changed from 27 November 2019 to 19 November 2019.

Legal basis: § 80.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
