Resignation of a Member of the Bank’s Management Board

Getin Noble Bank S.A. ("Issuer”) announces that today, i.e. on 3 September 2020, it was informed about resignation by Mr Tomasz Misiak from his function as a Member of the Issuer’s Management Board and from participation in the Issuer's Management Board with effect from 3 September 2020.

Legal basis: § 5 item 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by the law of a non-member state may be recognised as equivalent (Journal of Laws 2018.757).
