Change of the deadline for submitting the periodic report

In reference to the current report No 1/2022 of 28 January 2022, Getin Noble Bank S.A. informs about the change in the deadline for publication of the annual report and the consolidated annual report for 2021.
The deadline for publication of the periodic report was changed from 31 March 2022 to 22 April 2022.

Legal basis: § 80 paragraph 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions under which Information Required by the Law of a Non-Member State may be Recognised as Equivalent.
