Appointment of a member of the Management Board of Getin Noble Bank S.A.                                

Getin Noble Bank S.A. (“Issuer”, “Bank”) hereby informs that on 12 August 2021 the Supervisory Board of the Issuer appointed Mr Marek Kempny as the Member of the Management Board of the Issuer with effect from 23 August 2021.

At the same time, the Issuer points out that Mr Marek Kempny was entrusted with supervision over the management of the Finance Division.

Mr Marek Kempny meets all the requirements laid down in the provisions of Article 22aa of the Act of 29 August 1997 – Banking Law and, in accordance with a declaration made to the Issuer, he is not engaged in activity competitive to the Issuer, does not participate in competitive entities as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or capital company, does not participate in a competing legal person as a member of its governing bodies and is not included in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on the basis of the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.
