Deadlines for submission of periodic reports in 2022

With reference to §80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by the law of a non-member state may be recognised as equivalent (“Regulation”), Getin Noble Bank S.A. (“Issuer”) has published the deadlines for submission of periodic reports in 2022:

Periodic reports for 2021:

• annual report for the year 2021 – 31 March 2022
• consolidated annual report for the year 2021 – 31 March 2022

Periodic reports for 2022:

• consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2022 – 13 May 2022
• consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2022 – 31 August 2022
• consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2022 – 10 November 2022

The Issuer further informs that:

• pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation, it will not make public the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2021 and the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2022,
• pursuant to § 62 section 1 of the Regulation, it will not publish separate quarterly reports, while consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information of the parent company,
• the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2022 will contain semi-annual summary financial statements pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation.
