Registration of amendments to the Bank’s Articles of Association

Getin Noble Bank S.A. (the “Bank’) hereby informs that on this date, it became aware that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12^th Commercial Division of the National Court Register registered, on 19 December 2019, amendments to the Bank’s Articles of Association adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank on 24 June 2019 by resolution No XXXVII/24/06/2019.

The Bank’s Articles of Association were amended in such a way that the following items (23) and (24) were added to § 4 paragraph 3:

• 23) provide services to initiate a payment transaction from a user’s payment account kept with another payment service provider,
• 24) provide services for access information about a user’s payment accounts kept with another provider or with more than one payment service provider.

At the same time, the Bank informs that it has obtained permits from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to make the aforementioned amendments to the Articles of Association.
