Change of the deadline for publication of the periodic report

In reference to the current report No 3/2020 of 29 January 2020, Getin Noble Bank S.A. informs about the change in the deadline for publication of the consolidated periodic report for Q3 2020.

The deadline for publication of the periodic report was changed from 20 November 2020 to 13 November 2020.

Legal basis: § 80 paragraph 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions under which Information Required by the Law of a Non-Member State may be Recognised as Equivalent.
