Registration of amendments to the Bank’s Articles of Association

Getin Noble Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby announces that it has been informed that on 16 September 2020 the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th  Commercial Division of the National Court Register registered amendments to the Bank’s Articles of Association adopted by the Bank’s Ordinary General Meeting on 29 May 2020 by resolution No XXIX/29/05/2020 in §1 item 2) and 3).

The Bank’s Articles of Association were amended in such a way that items (23) and (24) in § 4 section 3 were modified to read as follows:
•    23) provide payment transaction initiation services,
•    24) provide account information access services.

At the same time, the Bank informs that it has obtained permits from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to make the aforementioned amendments to the Articles of Association.

Legal basis: § 5 item 1 and in conjunction with § 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by the law of a non-member state may be recognised as equivalent.
