List of shareholders holding 5% or more of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Getin Noble Bank S.A. ("Bank") discloses to the public a list of shareholders holding 5% or more of the total number of voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank’s Shareholders (“General Meeting “) which took place on 27 July 2021:

1. LC Corp B.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam, which held 499,731,696 votes at the General Meeting, representing 74,00% of the number of votes at that General Meeting and 47.84% of the total number of votes,
2. Mr Leszek Czarnecki, PhD, who held 88,208,870 votes at the General Meeting, representing 13.06% of the number of votes at that General Meeting and 8.44% of the total number of votes,
3. Getin Holding S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław, which held 66,771,592 votes at the General Meeting, representing 9.89% of the number of votes at that General Meeting and 6.39% of the total number of votes.
