Amount of annual contribution to the resolution fund

Getin Noble Bank S.A. informs that on this date it received information from the Bank Guarantee Fund regarding the amount of the annual contribution to the bank resolution fund for 2021.

The contribution is PLN 20,974,347.70 and includes the adjustment of the contribution for 2020.

The above-mentioned amount will be included in the results for Q1 2021.

Legal basis: Article 17 paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 (MAR).
