The Management Board of Getin Noble Bank S.A. (the „Issuer”) hereby informs that today, i.e. on 11 April 2017 the Supervisory Board of the Issuer acting according to the Articles of Association of the Issuer and the Rules of the Supervisory Board of Getin Noble Bank S.A. adopted resolution on selection of the audit company Deloitte Polska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k.  with its registered office in Warsaw, al. Jana Pawła II 22, 00-133 Warsaw entered into the list of entities entitled to examine financial statements under No. 73, maintained by the National Council of Statutory Auditors to examine the annual unit and consolidated financial statements of the Issuer for the financial year 2017 as well as to review six-month unit and consolidated financial statements of the Issuer.

Deloitte Polska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k. examined the financial statements of the Issuer for the financial years 2012  - 2016. The selection was performed in conformity with law and professional standards. The agreement with Deloitte Polska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k.  shall be concluded to perform the abovementioned works.

Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2a) of the Polish Act of 25 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into an organized trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 later amended) in connection with § 5(1)(19) and § 25 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reporting by issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259 later amended).
