Information on transactions in Getin Noble Bank S.A. shares
Getin Noble Bank S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that it has received from Getin Holding S.A., as an entity closely connected with persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Issuer, i.e. Mr Leszek Czarnecki, PhD – Chairman of the Supervisory Board, a notification made pursuant to Article 19(1) of Regulation No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (“MAR”) on entering the registered pledge on the Issuer's shares in the pledge register.
The content of the notification containing the details of the transaction has been attached by the Issuer to this current report.
