Dates for submitting periodical reports in the financial year 2021

Pursuant to § 80 (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th, 2018 concerning current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State ("Regulation"), Getin Noble Bank S.A. ("Issuer") hereby publicly announces the dates for submitting periodical reports in the financial year 2021:

Periodical reports for 2020:

• Separate Annual Report of the Bank for the year ended December 31st, 2020 - March 19, 2021
  ­
• Consolidated Annual Report of the Bank's Capital Group for the year ended December 31st, 2020 - March 19, 2021

Periodical reports for 2021:
­

• Consolidated Quarterly Report for the first quarter of 2021 - May 14, 2021
  ­
• Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for the first half of 2021 - September 10, 2021
  ­
• Consolidated Quarterly Report for the third quarter of  2021 - November 10, 2021

Additionally, the Issuer inform that:

• in accordance with § 79 (2) of the Regulation the Issuer will not submit the separate quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for fourth quarter of 2019 and second quarter of 2020;
• in accordance with § 62 (1) of the Regulation the Issuer will not submit separate quarterly reports, and consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information of the Parent Company;
• consolidated semi-annual report for first half of 2020 will contain half-year condensed separate financial statements based on, in the scope and in accordance with the Regulation.
